Adequate Stay with Notable Issues

sufficient breakfastlow temperaturelimited hot water
The breakfast provided a sufficient start to the day.
The room temperature was uncomfortably low. The provided air heater proved insufficient for overnight use. the limited hot water supply made showering problematic during peak hours. Such issues detracted from the overall experience.

incomplete mealstaff shortage
The evening meal was not satisfactory my wife requested French fries instead of hand cut chips. Staff assured us this was possible but the meal was served with hand cut chips. Staff confirmed French fries would arrive but they never did so the meal was incomplete. No staff member came to inquire if everything was acceptable I found this unacceptable.
